Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for considering the Hotel Richmond for your wedding celebration! We will combine your dreams and our expertise to make the celebration of your wedding one to treasure forever. Your wedding will be enhanced by the special care and attention we pay to your complete experience. Your wedding will not only be one of the happiest days of your life, but the greatest party you will ever have!

Here at the Hotel Richmond, we maintain high standards which will be demonstrated in the food and service you will receive. We understand that organising your wedding does not happen instantly, it is a work in progress. We are happy to answer any queries you may have in regards to your special day. If you wish to make a time to come in and discuss further details over a tea, coffee or glass of sparkling, we would love to hear from you.

Level 1 — First bar, lounge and restaurant • Capacity 400 guests cocktail style • 150 guests seated with round tables • 125 guests seated on one long table (with small gaps for guests’ access and service) • 180 guests seated with round and long tables

(Please note for smaller wedding parties of up to 45 seated, please contact us and ask about our private Balcony Room).

Hotel Richmond exclusive wedding packages include:

  • Complimentary menu tasting for 2 guests, 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding.
  • Complimentary accommodation suite for the night of your wedding
  • Use of our First bar, lounge and restaurant for a 6-hour exclusive Hire
  • Thorough cleaning prior to and after your wedding function
  • Set up of your wedding including table settings
  • Use of our in-house wireless microphone for speeches 
  • Use of our in-house projector and plasma screens
  • Use of our in-house sound system for iPod connectivity
  • Gift table, cake table, and cake knife
  • Bud vase fresh flower arrangements 
  • Tea light candles used around venue
  • Wishing well (vintage suit case or white bird cage)
  • Large gold framed mirror on gold easel (can be used to display your seating plan)

    Table set-up includes:

  • White linen table cloths and napkins
  • Table numbers (white or gold frames)
  • Personalised menus, 1 per person (black and white)
  • Tea light candles, 3 per table (you are welcome to bring more)
  • Bud vase of fresh flowers for centre piece in your requested colour theme
  • 30cm round mirror base

    Note: All items listed are included complimentary, but it is optional if you decide to use our items. You are more than welcome to provide your own.
